JAX Chamber: Urban Land Institute To Recognize North Florida Projects And Organizations At 2021 Awards For Excellence

JACKSONVILLE, FL (Oct. 7, 2021) – Urban Land Institute (ULI) of North Florida, the region’s leading source on urban planning, growth and development, announces the finalists for the Awards for Excellence in Real Estate. The ULI North Florida Awards for Excellence event is Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2021, at Sweet Pete’s private event space in downtown Jacksonville.

The finalists include outstanding projects in real estate, as well as organizations that have an influential impact. ULI North Florida is also honoring Ed Burr, President and CEO of GreenPointe Holdings, as the District Council’s 2021 Visionary Leader.

Awards presented at the Awards for Excellence include the following categories: New Development, Reuse/Repurpose, Public Sector/Non-Profit, Hospitality & Entertainment, and Organization of Influence. The North Florida Region serves 34 counties from Flagler to Escambia, including Gainesville, Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Tallahassee, Panama City and Pensacola.
