Bernie Lyons and Clarence Moultrie have worked together in HR & Payroll implementation and services since 2003, first at Convergys and then at NGA Human Resources, both based in Jacksonville. Our experience has shown that many small and medium companies often do not have the resources and/or finances to analyze and implement innovative technology solutions and services to improve their operation.

With expertise in business assessments, technology, solution design and financial & economic analysis, we have collaborated on teams to support some of the largest HR-Payroll projects in the private and public sectors.

We reconnected in 2019 and created Moultrie Lyons Advisory to provide a cost-effective solution to guide commercial and government organizations of all sizes through the cycle of reviewing processes, understanding current systems/services, identifying future needs, and developing the economic justification to move in a new direction while avoiding delays and cost overruns.
