Nocatee is the best place to live in the state of Florida, according to new rankings published in Newsweek magazine.

The list ranks the best place to live in each of the 50 states based on several factors including cost of living, educational attainment, housing and public schools.

The article highlights Nocatee’s “carefully designed neighborhoods featuring everything from parks and recreation to shopping, restaurants and more.” The coastal community’s location also puts it “at the doorstep of golf courses, beaches and the airports of Jacksonville,” reports Newsweek.
