The Phat Boy Sushi founders' property features a natural enclosed pool, sandy beach, multiple guest units, and extensive boating infrastructure, and was bought by Miami buyers trading a Bahamas vacation home for a Keys retreat.
   

• FL woman arrested after troopers say she sped through Collier County (coralspringsflnews.com) — A 30-year-old Key Largo woman was arrested in Collier County after state troopers said she was driving 98 mph on Alligator Alley and they found suspected drugs in her car. Florida Highway Patrol reports that a search uncovered substances later identified as cocaine and fentanyl, leading to trafficking and multiple possession charges before she was booked into the county jail.
