Officers report the dispute followed ongoing marital conflict, and the husband sought help at the Wildwood Police Department. The woman was booked into the Sumter County Detention Center and later released on bond. 
• Two suspects arrested on drug charges after traffic stop in Fruitland Park (leesburg-news.com) — A Lady Lake man riding with a Belleview woman was arrested in Fruitland Park after officers say a traffic stop uncovered methamphetamine, marijuana packaged in multiple baggies, and drug paraphernalia. Police report his license was long suspended and he admitted owning some of the drugs, while the woman allegedly claimed marijuana in a backpack was meant for him to sell.
