In the first video below there is a scene where protestors are carrying a sign that says "Socialism Beats Fascism." While those protestors and others may believe that claim that doesn't make it true. Historically, the fascists in pre- and World War II-era Italy and Germany were socialists.

That is an example of where left-leaning Wikipedia gets it wrong in places, because Nazis and fascists were socialists and leftists. The very name NAZI is an abbreviation/translation for the National German Socialist Workers' Party. That noted, the video occurred after Peter Boghossian predicted that the leftists in the U.S. won't go quietly now that the Trump-Vance ticket and scores of MAGA Republican candidates won in the 2024 election. For hard-core leftists, it is not about democracy, regardless of what they may say. It is rather about power.

These are reasons that Americans should be thrilled that President-elect Donald Trump (R) has won re-election. Because things could be much, much worse if the leftist backed Kamala Harris (D) and Governor Tim Walz (MN-D) had won.

The concerns raised by left-leaning Newsweek editor Josh Hammer about how the election could hobble Democrats, and thus why the leftists are unleashing protests, are already coming into focus.

With those thoughts in mind: "Mark Reed Levin is an American broadcast news analyst, columnist, lawyer, political commentator, radio personality, and writer. He is the host of syndicated radio show The Mark Levin Show, as well as Life, Liberty & Levin on Fox News,” says left-leaning Wikipedia.

Levin goes into a simplified explanation of the legal issues in the context of the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution and why the cases against Trump were flawed to begin with and should be dismissed. But he also explains other issues that underscore the importance of the victory of the Trump-Vance (R) ticket, and what appears to be control of both the U.S. House and Senate by Republicans who are largely in the so-called MAGA camp.

From the YouTube page video by Peter Boghossian it says: "In this clip from my recent event at the Danube Institute, I share my thoughts on the U.S. election and the ongoing culture war." The video is entitled, "The Enemies of Liberty “Will Not Go Quietly into the Night." Keep in mind that the protests in New York City, Chicago, and troubles brewing elsewhere occurred after Boghossianpredicted that the leftists won't give up.

From his Peter Boghossian website: "Peter's primary research areas are critical thinking and moral reasoning. His doctoral research studies, funded by the State of Oregon and supported by the Oregon Department of Corrections, consisted of using the Socratic method to help prison inmates to increase their critical thinking and moral reasoning abilities and to increase their desistance to criminal behavior." It also lits numerous publications, from the left and right, that have published his thoughts. The https://www.nationalprogressal... says they are about: "Defending free expression. Fostering civil discourse."

InfluenceWatch.org says the following.

"Peter Boghossian is the executive director and president of National Progress Alliance. Boghossian is a founding faculty member at the University of Austin (not to be confused with the University of Texas, Austin) and a former assistant professor of philosophy at Portland State University. 6 Boghossian is a fellow at the Center for Prison Reform. 7 In his resignation letter to Portland State University, Boghossian claimed that students were not being taught to think for themselves, but rather trained to accept certain ideologies, creating an environment that was intolerant of divergent opinions and beliefs. Boghossian claimed that this environment led to students being afraid to speak openly, as it created a culture of offense, ultimately denying them the fundamental right of the freedom to question. 8"

Critical thinking skills are important for a truly free and just society, says Boghossian. He is right. This writer for MHProNews and contributor for the Patch laid out several important points before the 2024 election that will apply just as much after the election. See those in the linked articles that follow.
