Bring Your Stuff, Meet Your Neighbors
The Lealman Community Market is getting bigger this month. On May 31, the market at Lealman Neighborhood Park will welcome both local vendors and community residents who want to set up and sell items from home. If you have been looking for a reason to clean out your closets, this is it.
Resident spots are just $5 and space is limited, so signing up early is the best way to guarantee your place. You can reserve your spot online or in person at the Lealman Exchange.
The market runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a live DJ keeping things going all day. Whether you are there to sell, shop, or just spend time with neighbors, there are plenty of reasons to come out.
A few things to keep in mind if you are planning to sell: this event is for used and second-hand household items only. Food items, new merchandise, and firearms, ammunition, or weapons of any kind are not permitted. We ask that you take what you bring with you when you leave; dumping is not permitted in the park.
Come ready to have a good time and leave with a little extra cash in your pocket.
