Lutz Marijuana Grow House Shut Down

Deputies received a tip through Crime Stoppers.

A 47-year-old Lutz man faces criminal charges after Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies say they received an anonymous tip about drug-related activities at his home.

Deputies paid Todd Steven Lippman a visit at this 2410 Tangerine Hill Court home Friday and received “verbal and written consent to search the residence,” an email to media from the sheriff’s office stated.

With access to the property granted, deputies launched a search. They came across a shed in the rear of the property that had a second floor ”converted for the sole purpose of cultivating marijuana,” the email said.
