• $3.5M Madeira Beach property could be 'game-changer' for city, officials say (tampabay.com) — Madeira Beach officials are weighing a $3.5 million purchase of the Suncoast Boat Rental marina parcel at 545 150th Ave., which could significantly expand and reshape the city marina gateway. Commissioners have only approved up to $15,000 for appraisals and an environmental review so far, with a final public vote to come once cleanup costs and funding options are clear.
