280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC Announces Tal Ziv as Sales Executive for Glass House Boca Raton

280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC has announced Tal Ziv has joined the Glass House Boca Raton sales team as a sales executive with Douglas Elliman Realty.

Glass House Boca Raton is the first modern glass building in downtown Boca Raton and a nine-story luxury development with a rooftop oasis on the 10th level, featuring 28 two- to four-bedroom residences in the heart of the city.

Ziv recently earned her real estate license after previously working in engineering and product development roles with GE Aerospace, Sierra Space and Spin Master. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University. A Boca Raton resident, she joins the project after closely following its evolution from concept to sales.

The daughter of Noam Ziv, partner and CEO of 280 E Palmetto Park Road, LLC, the developer of Glass House Boca Raton, Tal Ziv was exposed to luxury real estate, architecture and construction from an early age. Over the years, she followed the evolution of Glass House Boca Raton from concept to sales, gaining firsthand insight into the planning, design and vision behind the project.

Douglas Elliman Development Marketing (DEDM) serves as the exclusive sales and marketing team. Pricing ranges from approximately $2.7 million to over $8 million.
