Through the otherside305 Instagram account and a new nonprofit, The Bridge Foundation, they're sharing residents' stories and raising funds to help people move off the streets and into safer situations.
   

• ICE detainer lodged against Cuban woman accused of child abuse, arson in Miami (cbsnews.com) — Authorities say a Cuban woman is facing child neglect, child abuse, and arson charges after an alleged incident inside her Miami home, where hot wax was reportedly poured on children and a fire set in the kitchen. She was taken into custody after a mental health evaluation, and federal immigration officials have now lodged a detainer at Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center while her criminal case proceeds.
