TooJay’s Welcomes Joe DiGangi as New Chief Executive Officer

TooJay’s, the beloved Florida restaurant known for its delicious and authentic deli-style menu and fresh bakery, announces the appointment of Joe DiGangi as its new Chief Executive Officer. With more than 30 years of extensive experience in the restaurant industry, DiGangi brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to guide TooJay’s into its next chapter of growth and success.

DiGangi has held pivotal roles at renowned brands, including Corner Bakery and, most recently, Skillets, a Florida-based breakfast and brunch chain, where he spent the last eight years as President and Chief Executive Officer. “His expertise with fresh baked goods, sandwiches, and breakfast makes him a perfect fit for TooJay’s growth objectives,” TooJay’s Chairman Ryan Esko said in a statement.
