3. Fla. Panel Revives State's Indemnity Suit In Diving Injury Case (law360.com) — A Florida appeals court has revived a state agency's lawsuit seeking to force the City of Miami Beach to cover potential liability in a long-running diving injury case that left a man quadriplegic.
