BAYONET POINT, FL β€” A 26-year-old man was arrested Thursday, May 19, and charged with aggravated child abuse after being accused of fracturing the skull of a 3-month-old baby.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Brandon Scott Madrishin of 12138 Holbrook Drive, Bayonet Point, told deputies that the infant in his care was injured when a 1-year-old pushed a TV onto him.

However, a medical exam showed the baby also had a fractured left femur. The injuries were consistent with child abuse.
