Aromatherapy with Jasmine

Jasmine has a warm, exotic, floral fragrance that relaxes, soothes, uplifts, and enhances self-confidence.  Jasmine has properties of love and peace and can aid in bringing sleep and dreams. It is an antidepressant and is therefore beneficial to many problems that can arise from fear, depression, anxiety and tension.

Jasmine is an absolute. Aromatherapy absolutes are much like essential oils, because they are both extracted from plants. However, the method used during the extraction process is much different from that of the essential oil. The extraction process is different, a Solvent extraction. This is one of the more expensive Aromatherapy Oils, if you find it for less than $100 for an ounce, question the purity.
