Bella the Bulldog’s Journey to Health and Hapiness

Animal Rescue Friends Network Inc. (ARF'N) is a not-for-profit volunteer organization which is strictly foster-based. Their volunteers provide food, shelter, care and compassion to rescued animals until they find a loving home.

Airprompt Heating and Air Conditioning recently decided to become involved with ARF’N thanks to its office adminstrator, Samantha Renwick. Renwick volunteers
with the Hernando County based organization. Which is how Airprompt came to
meet Bella, a 44 pound English Bulldog with an adorable under-bite.

Although adorable, Bella was lucky to be rescued by ARF’N from the Hernando County Pound (a kill shelter). Bella has now been to Dr. Taylor-Sorenson and  had her skin scraped and treated for a yeast condition (common to English Bulldogs).
Other vetting she received includes: spay, vaccinations,micro-chip and had her
ears treated, she was also tested and found to be Heart Worm FREE, Airprompt’s
sponsorship helped contribute to this. 

Bella is currently living with her foster family and they report her to be
such a sweet girl. She is house trained and friendly with other dogs as well as
cats.

Renwick and Bella will be at ARF’N’s rescue event Sunday, February 17,
2013 from 10 a.m.- 3 p.m., at PetLuv in Brooksville.There will be many rescue
groups there with animals in need of forever homes or sponsership. So come out
and see us, meet the people who work tirelessly for these animals in need, and
maybe adopt a pet of your own.
