Bullies are not born. They are taught. They repeat what they hear, and they do what they see or experience. Parenting is fraught with hidden lessons and our children don't always pick up on the intended, postive lesson, but rather the hidden one, the one we might later regret or be shocked by when it finally rears its ugly head.
