Car Burglars Target Holiday Neighborhood

The sheriff's office is now investigating a string of car burglaries that took place in the Bailey's Bluff Estates subdivision in Holiday.

HOLIDAY, FL – The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office is reminding residents to keep their cars locked in their driveways as well as in the parking lots of local businesses.

The sheriff’s office is now investigating a string of car burglaries that took place in the Bailey’s Bluff Estates subdivision in Holiday between March 11 and 20.

The suspected thieves, caught on a surveillance video, target unlocked cars between the hours of 1 and 10 p.m. and 8:45 p.m. and 8 a.m.

They’ve gotten away with wallets, sunglasses, even a diving bag containing diving knives.

Anyone with information on these crimes is asked to call the sheriff’s office at 1-800-706-2488.
