HPH Hospice presents this support group and retreat for caregivers of people with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Come and unwind; share feelings with other caregivers in a relaxed, confidential setting; and enjoy light refreshments.
Loved ones do not have to be under hospice care for you to attend; all caregivers are welcome. HPH Hospice social workers facilitate the group.
