Seminar: All About the Florida Mental Health Act -- Plus Hurricane Preparedness

The National Alliance on Mental Illness presents this informative discussion hosted by a licensed clinical social worker and a crisis-intervention officer.

Both will share how the Florida Mental Health Act, or Baker Act, process works and what families can and cannot expect when calling 911 about a mental-health issue.

Both also will share their limitations as a provider and a law enforcement officer.
