Pasco County Closes Public Beaches

Pasco County will close the beaches at county parks beginning Friday, March 20 at 8 p.m.

PASCO COUNTY, FL — Pasco County Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources will close the beaches at the following parks beginning Friday, March 20 at 8 p.m. until further notice:

  • Anclote River Park
  • Robert J. Strickland Memorial Park
  • Robert K. Rees Memorial Park
  • Sunwest Park

The closures are intended to discourage gatherings of 10 people or more as recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Day use at parks, open spaces and trails will continue to remain open unless otherwise noted.
