Port Richey Man Arrested For Sexual Battery Of 15-Year-Old
The accused told deputies that he videotaped one of the sexual encounters.
PORT RICHEY, FL – A 26-year-old Port Richey man is facing sexual battery charges after being accused of raping a 15-year-old.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, Andre Sanchez Jr., 26, of 10025 Grove Drive, Port Richey, has been charged with lewd and lascivious battery of a minor age 12 to 15 and the sale of obscene materials to minors.
Upon questioning, deputies said Sanchez admitted to knowing the victim’s age when they had sex on Dec. 24 and 26, and told deputies that he videotaped the Dec. 24 encounter.

He is being held at the Land O’ Lakes Detention Center on a $10,000 bond.
