River Ridge High On Lock-Down Due To Threat On Bathroom Wall
It's only the second week of the new school year and River Ridge High and Middle School in New Port Richey is on lock-down again.

NEW PORT RICHEY, FL -- It's only the second week of the new school year and River Ridge High and Middle School in New Port Richey is on lock-down for the second time.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, school resource deputies are investigating a threat written on a bathroom wall on the school campus on Monday, Aug. 20.
This is the second time the school, which opened for the new year on Aug. 13, has been locked down due to a written threat on a bathroom wall. The first time was on Aug. 16.

Prank or no prank, law enforcement officials aren't taking any threats lightly. So far this year, a student at Dowdell Middle School in Tampa and a student at Northeast High School have been arrested for making school threats.
