As Orlando Science Charter School (OSS) accepts applications for the 2027-2028 academic year, families are invited to learn about the hands-on, tuition-free STEM education the campus has provided for nearly 20 years. The open houses at the school – located at 2427 Lynx Lane in Orlando – will take place on:

·Nov. 15, 1 – 3 p.m.

·Dec. 15, 5 – 7 p.m.

·Jan. 9, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Attendees can speak with staff about the research-based curriculum at OSS, including the PLTW Engineering and Biomedical Science programs, Advanced Placement Academy and Dual Enrollment – in addition to competitive after-school offerings, such as Science Olympiad, robotics and athletic teams.

OSS is enrolling students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The application window runs through Jan. 22, and a virtual drawing will be held on Feb. 12.
