Fat Rosie’s Launches ‘Cinco de Drinko,’ a Fiesta-Filled Countdown to Cinco de Mayo 2027

Guests Can Enjoy Mariachi Music, Face Painting and a Featured Watermelon Mint Margarita While Supporting No Kid Hungry

WHAT: The countdown is on! Fat Rosie’s Taco & Tequila Bar is introducing Cinco de Drinko, a year-long celebration leading up to Cinco de Mayo 2027 that transforms the 5th of every month into an excuse to raise a glass. To kick off the festivities on June 5, guests can enjoy live mariachi, face painting and a featured Watermelon Mint Margarita at Fat Rosie’s at Waterford Lakes Town Center. The restaurant will also donate $1 from every featured margarita sold to No Kid Hungry.

WHEN: Starting Friday, June 5, 2026, and continuing on the 5th of every month through Cinco de Mayo 2027. Cinco de Drinko specials available all day.

  • Face Painting: 5-7 p.m.
  • Mariachi: 7-9 p.m.
