Law enforcement processes overnight incident near Lakeville Road (wftv.com) — Law enforcement spent the night processing a still-unexplained incident near Lakeville Road in Orange County, with Florida Highway Patrol and local officers on scene. Authorities have not confirmed reports that an FHP trooper was involved, and details on injuries or public danger remain unavailable as investigators continue gathering information.

Governor hopefuls Donalds, Jolly crisscross Florida — end up in Orlando at Onyx gala (orlandosentinel.com) — Two Florida governor candidates, Byron Donalds and David Jolly, separately worked the room at Onyx Magazine's Men of Honor Gala at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, courting influential community leaders a month before Election Day.
