ORANGE COUNTY, FL — A little boy in Orange County recently faced what he thought was the ultimate emergency — he needed a dinosaur.

Having just learned about what should be done when there’s an emergency, the boy called 911, thinking that’s what he needed to do, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office shared on Facebook.

The dispatcher explained to the boy what emergencies are and sent a deputy to the child’s home to check on him and his family, the sheriff’s office said.

The unnamed deputy didn’t show up empty handed. He brought the boy two toy dinosaurs — one a triceratops — from the “Jurassic World” movie series’ product line.

“He was very happy with his new toys,” OCSO said.
