July 4 falls on a Saturday in 2026, giving Orlando residents an extra-long holiday weekend to celebrate. From downtown festivities and neighborhood celebrations to theme park spectaculars and fireworks displays, there are plenty of ways to mark Independence Day close to home.

This year's holiday also coincides with America's 250th birthday, making it an especially memorable time to get out and celebrate. Before heading out, be sure to confirm event details, parking information and weather plans with organizers.


Fireworks At The Fountain

When: Saturday, July 4, 2026, 4–10 p.m.
Where: Lake Eola Park | 512 E. Washington St., Orlando
Admission: Free

Orlando's signature Independence Day celebration returns to Lake Eola Park for a special America 250 edition. The evening features live entertainment, local food vendors, a dedicated kids' play area and one of Central Florida's largest fireworks displays, synchronized to patriotic music over the lake.

SeaWorld Orlando Fourth Of July Celebration

When: Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, 2026; park hours vary
Where: SeaWorld Orlando | 7007 Sea World Drive, Orlando
Admission: Included with park admission

SeaWorld Orlando celebrates Independence Day with patriotic entertainment throughout the park before ending each evening with a spectacular fireworks show set to music over the central lagoon. Visitors can also enjoy animal encounters, rides and seasonal entertainment throughout the day.

Universal Orlando Fourth Of July Celebration

When: Saturday, July 4, 2026; festivities throughout the day
Where: Universal Studios Florida | 6000 Universal Blvd., Orlando

Universal Orlando celebrates the holiday with live entertainment, themed character appearances and a nighttime fireworks spectacular above Universal Studios Florida. Guests can spend the day enjoying attractions before ending the evening with patriotic music and fireworks.

Magic Kingdom Fourth Of July Fireworks

When: Friday, July 3, and Saturday, July 4, 2026, evenings
Where: Magic Kingdom Park | Walt Disney World Resort, Lake Buena Vista
Admission: Included with valid park admission and reservation requirements, if applicable

Walt Disney World traditionally celebrates Independence Day with one of its biggest fireworks spectaculars of the year at Magic Kingdom. The patriotic nighttime show fills the skies above Cinderella Castle with special effects, projections and a grand musical finale.

America 250: Star-Spangled Celebration

When: Saturday, July 4, 2026, 4–11:30 p.m.
Where: Promenade at Sunset Walk | 3251 Margaritaville Blvd., Kissimmee
Admission: Free

About 25 minutes from downtown Orlando, the Promenade at Sunset Walk hosts an America 250 celebration featuring live bands, street performers, family activities, specialty food and drinks, and a fireworks finale to close out the evening.

Celebration Independence Day Parade And Festivities

When: Saturday, July 4, 2026; parade at 8 a.m., festivities continue throughout the day
Where: Downtown Celebration | Celebration, FL
Admission: Free

Just outside Orlando, the town of Celebration hosts one of Central Florida's best-known Independence Day traditions. The day begins with a patriotic parade before continuing with family activities, live entertainment, food vendors and an evening fireworks display over the waterfront.
