Ginger Minj to Kick off Three-Night Golden Gals Special in Clermont

Ginger Minj, the beloved RuPaul’s Drag Race alum, known for her infectious personality and onstage presence, is gearing up for her latest tour: Golden Gals Live this spring. The tour will see Ginger Minj, Gidget Galore, MR MS Adrien, and Divine Grace recreate parody scenes from the iconic television show The Golden Girls, which aired from 1985 to 1992.

The queens return to the stage after wrapping up their critically acclaimed residency at the Mercury Theater in Chicago and headlining for Golden Girls fans at Golden Con. In this performance, the girls bunker down for a hurricane set to hit Miami, along with unwanted guests. Fans can expect to see their favorite characters come to life, including Dorothy, Blanche, Rose, and Sophia, as well as plenty of laughs and heartwarming moments.

The tour promises to be a celebration of The Golden Girls' enduring legacy and the impact it has had on generations of viewers. For many fans, the show is more than just a sitcom – it's a beloved part of their lives, something that has brought them comfort and joy over the years.

Ginger, who rose to fame on RuPaul's Drag Race and has since become a household name in the drag community, takes a lead on the tour. With her quick wit, infectious energy, and impeccable sense of style, she is sure to put on a show that will be one to remember.

Golden Gals Live is set to kick off on May 12, 13 & 14 at the Clermont Performing Arts Center in Clermont, FL. Tickets are available for purchase here.
