How to ride on bike pegs
Most people carry their passengers on the bicycle by riding on the handlebars. Here's how to ride on bike pegs when carrying a passenger.

Hello my name is Montrell, I have rode bicycles for the majority of my life. Throughout my life I have learned many tips and tricks on the bicycle to help carry out my daily lifestyle activities.
I didn't learn how to ride a bike until I was 10 years old, but when I did learn I wanted to know how to do everything and be the best at it. The first bicycle I purchased was the Haro Revo, it was an awesome bike but a little too heavy for my age at the time. I started to learn flatland tricks and I would go up a few ramps every now and then.

I also had the chance to ride along side Dave Mirra in downtown Orlando, Fl. during this time my parents would send me on errands, and I would have to figure out new innovative ways to get it done while riding a bicycle.

Going to the store for groceries in my opinion was the most trickiest. Putting plastic bags on the handle bars just seemed dangerous, especially if the weight is different and it pulls your handlebar to one side. I would rather steer the bike with one hand hold all of the groceries in one hand in my lap. This gave me more stability, and the ability carry all of my groceries almost weightlessly.

Carrying Passengers was always a fun challenge to perform. I also have fallen a few times when I first started to learn. When carrying passengers remember to stay out of the street, because you have less control, and the driver of the bike doesn't always have a clear view of what is in front or behind him/her. Also, remember to communicate with your driver/passenger to make sure no one gets hurt. If you are going to be riding a passenger on a bike for a long distance, wear protective equipment such as helmets knee pads etc.
