Knox Wire Targets Quick and Easy Cross-Border Payments Services Globally

Knox Wire, an innovative institution-to-institution communication system, aims to provide a platform for financial institutions to offer their clients almost instant cross-border payments. Currently, Its outreach is in over 200 countries, 150 currencies, and close to 30,000 financial institutions using its Knoxnet Correspondent Network.
One Network, Two Ways
Knox Wire was designed to establish new global standards for network size and settlement speed. Knoxnet, an international correspondent network, and Knox Quantum, an RTGS core, make up the global network. Quantum uses financial messaging to power real-time transactions between participating financial institutions. The Knoxnet facilitates local and off-network payments through a network of local banks.
The network also employs a Bi-Directional communications technology. It also uses advanced anti-money laundering technologies to cut the usual international wire wait time from 3-5 days to as little as 2 seconds. Knox Wire uses API to link with virtually all mainstream banking systems and has a dedicated development team to help with integration and maintenance.

Transitioning to Accommodate New Consumer Needs
Due to the limited cross-border options available globally, the central system used by financial institutions is not meeting the requirements of international clients. This system's high transaction fees and cumbersome settlement period make it difficult to track and manage.
These financial institutions have minimal information available when a cross-border payment is completed. Hence, it makes tracking difficult for users. Transaction fees on cross-border payments can be expensive due to demand implications & settlement period. Knox Wire payments get settled in seconds.
Developing a More Robust Financial System
Through a partnership between State Digital Fund and Knox Wire, both parties will provide various global payment options to their clients. This partnership will streamline operations and provide a more robust financial system for international transactions.
Clifford Niemand, the Operations Director of Knox Wire, said that they are excited about their partnership with State Digital Fund. They believe in the future of payment technology and are committed to being at the forefront of this industry.
