Lake County Watch Parties for Tabernacle Choir World Tour

The public is invited to a free Watch Party celebrating the Tabernacle Choir World Tour

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will share the gift of music by hosting free watch parties in Clermont, Eustis, Leesburg, Apopka, and the Villages, in celebration of the world-renowned Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square North America Southeast leg of their “Hope” tour Saturday, September 7th.

The concert will be streamed live to the Ezell Regional Recreation Center, 769 Marilee Pl, The Villages, Social Hour 6 pm and 7pm for the concert. The concert will be broadcast from the Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, Florida and feature the 400-voice choir. Special guests performing with the Tabernacle Choir include Golden Globe, Oscar, and Grammy winner Adassa, of “We don’t Talk about Bruno” fame, as well as Alex Melecio, a popular Mexican vocalist and finalist for the show “Tengo Talento, Mucho Talento

The community is invited to join us for an evening of free music and food.

Choir president Michael O. Leavitt said: “Our goal is to magnify the Choir’s impact throughout the world by helping people feel God’s love for His children. Our performances will be free and live streamed so regions we visit can invite their friends and communities to participate.”
