Today, the American Lung Association in Florida announced that the 4th annual Lip Sync For Lungs presented by AdventHealth Orlando will take place at Novel Lucerne on Wednesday, November 10. The event will return to an in-person event after being virtual last year, and this year, the organization will also offer a virtual option to people who can’t attend the in-person event.

For the event, local celebrities execute epic lip sync performances to songs of their choice, all to win the top spot of Lip Sync Battle Champion. Former Lip Sync Battle Champions include The Young Lawyers Division of the Orange County Bar Association, led by Brandon Sapp, Steve Gunter of The Taproom at Dubsdread, Tony Sos of Dellecker Wilson King McKenna Ruffier & Sos, and Nate Carn and Armando Castenada who represented various fire departments in Volusia County.

“We are so happy that we will be able to bring our community together safely for this fun and very unique fundraising event,” said Janelle Hom, executive director of the Lung Association. “During this challenging time, it is more important than ever to support lung health. We are proud that funds raised will help our ongoing efforts to end lung disease and lung cancer, as well as support our new COVID-19 action initiative.”
