• One year later, Boey Cho is still going with the flow (yourcommunitypaper.com) — Orlando high school senior Boey Cho is rapidly expanding her Go With The Flo Orlando nonprofit, growing from three to ten free "period pantries" stocked with menstrual products around the city. With support from local partners like Peaceful Peacock Orlando and Girls Run Orlando, she's planning a youth advisory board and more drives to improve menstrual health access for residents.
   

• Connecting how animals learn just like humans as a new school year unfolds (wesh.com) — At the Orlando Science Center, trainers are using daily sessions with squirrels, owls, and even alligators to show how animals learn much like humans. As part of the center's Back to School Month programming, visitors can watch target training, health checks, and crate training in action, highlighting how trust and repetition keep these animal residents healthy and engaged.
