Rhonda Bond-Collins Elected Fellow of American College of Bond Council
Rhonda D. Bond-Collins, of Bryant Miller Olive P.A. (BMO)'s Orlando office, elected a Fellow of the American College of Bond Counsel.

Orlando, Fla. – Oct. 12, 2022 ― Rhonda D. Bond-Collins, managing shareholder in Bryant Miller Olive P.A. (BMO)’s Orlando office, has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Bond Counsel.
The American College of Bond Counsel was formed in 1995 for the purpose of recognizing lawyers throughout the United States who have established reputations among their peers for their skill, experience and high standards of professional and ethical conduct in the practice of bond law. The College believes that a bond lawyer’s expertise can best be judged by his or her peers and has sought to admit to membership in the College only bond lawyers that have long experience and outstanding reputations in the field of municipal bond law.
Bond-Collins has been practicing law for over 25 years and her practice focuses on all aspects of tax-exempt and taxable financings, including, but not limited to, regularly serving as lead bond counsel on affordable housing transactions, including conduit financings, as well as serving as bond counsel to several universities and colleges. She also has significant experience representing banks on governmental finance transactions. Additionally, she also serves as trustee’s counsel and borrower’s counsel on various types of public finance transactions.

She is a member of The Florida Bar, Maryland State Bar, Virginia State Bar and District of Columbia Bar. While she is actively involved in the public finance industry, she is also a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and a frequent panelist at various conferences around the country.
