Suspects Caught On Camera Burglarizing Orlando Sporting Good Store During Hurricane Irma Arrested, Cops Say

ORLANDO, FL — Two men were arrested Sunday night on suspicion of burglary after they were caught on camera inside a shuttered Orlando business as Hurricane Irma headed toward Central Florida, Orlando police officials said. Just after 5 p.m., police were called to investigate the burglary inside the Academy Sports + Outdoors located at 3557 Gardens Ridge Way.

When officers arrived, they quickly arrested the first suspect and several hours later, SWAT officers arrested the second suspect, who was allegedly found inside the business. No one was injured during the incident.
