Palm Harbor's Community Services Agency (PHCSA) was created in 1985 to enhance and empower the Greater Palm Harbor Area by managing Palm Harbor's parks, recreation, and library services. This community's outstanding local amenities have come to be appreciated by all ages.

Now in its 40th year since its incorporation in 1986, Palm Harbor's  amenities are expanding. A new  28,457-square foot recreation center will bring more ways to play, connect, and stay active in the community, additionally serving as an emergency shelter space for nearly 500 individuals. Replacing the old Palm Harbor Senior Center built in 1979, it will include an elevated, indoor track and gymnasium with public space for basketball, pickleball, events, kitchen, office and conference space, and back-up power generation. Its cost at $14 million is fully funded through Penny For Pinellas. Simultaneously, modernization and facility improvements ongoing process for the community's library and parks.

Join Palm Harbor Community Services Agency Director Erica Lynford as she shares the work of PHCSA and its exciting plans. Discover how volunteers oversee this agency and how you can help shape its future and the amenities in your community.
