Kolter Homes, a leader in developing highly amenitized, master-planned communities across the Southeast, is showcasing two of its signature model homes during the 2026 Parade of Homes, presented by the Bay Building Industries Association (BBIA) and the Building Industry Association of Okaloosa-Walton (BIAOW).
The annual event runs June 5-7 and June 12-14, with model homes open daily from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This year's parade marks the first collaboration between BBIA and BIAOW, broadening the event's reach across Northwest Florida and bringing all participating homes together in a single Parade of Homes magazine.
During the parade, Kolter Homes will feature the Madison model at Salt Grass at Ward Creek in Panama City Beach and the Orchid model at NatureWalk at Watersound Origins in Inlet Beach.
"Participating in the BBIA and BIAOW Parade of Homes allows us to showcase the variety of lifestyles and home designs available through Kolter Homes," said Tony Adams, division president, mid-Southeast US for Kolter Homes. "From the coastal charm of NatureWalk at Watersound Origins to the beachside convenience of Salt Grass at Ward Creek, these model homes demonstrate how buyers can personalize their living spaces while enjoying some of the most desirable communities in Northwest Florida."

At Salt Grass at Ward Creek, parade participants can explore the Madison, a one-story, three-bedroom home that balances everyday comfort with spaces designed for entertaining. An expansive island kitchen anchors the home and connects seamlessly to the great room, dining area and flexible living space. Tucked away at the rear of the home, the owner's suite includes a coffered ceiling, split vanities and a spacious wrap-around walk-in closet. Buyers can tailor the design with options such as a bonus room, sunroom, additional bedrooms or an in-law suite.
The Orchid model at NatureWalk at Watersound Origins offers a spacious two-story layout that blends open gathering areas with private retreats. The oversized island kitchen overlooks the dining area and great room, while large windows and French doors fill the home with natural light. The main-level owner's suite provides a secluded escape, and an upstairs loft, additional bedroom and full bath create comfortable space for family and guests. Homebuyers can further customize the Orchid with options that include up to five bedrooms, garage extensions and enhanced indoor-outdoor living features.
The Parade of Homes gives attendees a firsthand look at emerging trends in home design, architecture, smart-home technology and energy-efficient construction while connecting them with the builders shaping some of Northwest Florida's most desirable communities.
Admission to the 2026 Parade of Homes is free. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance and can explore participating homes throughout both weekends at their own pace. Learn more about the 2026 parade here.
