4 Sisters Found, Sheriff's Office Says
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reported Friday evening that its search for four children, ranging in age from 4 to 13 years old, came to a happy ending. The four sisters were found around 7 p.m., trying to climb over a fence at A Kids Place in Brandon.

Coast Guard Searches for Missing Boater
The U.S. Coast Guard is searching Friday for a missing man who didn't return home from a fishing trip Thursday night. Crews were searching in the area of Jug Creek for Jim Winkler 62, from North Port, Fla., according to a Coast Guard release.

Crash Leaves One Dead, One Seriously Injured in Manatee County
A deadly crash in Manatee County has left a man dead and a woman seriously injured. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 70-year-old Wallace Hough of Lakewood Ranch was driving his 2016 Chrysler van eastbound on University Parkway in the left lane approaching the intersection of Miramar Way at around 10:13 p.m.
Police Searching for Leads in Fatal Hit-and-Run
Officers from the Florida Highway Patrol are still searching for any leads in a deadly hit-and-run that took place in Hillsborough County last month. Forty-year-old Eric P. Flodin was killed while he was walking in the area of Dale Mabry Highway and Medical Road when he was fatally struck by a car that sped away from the scene.
Sarasota Man Found Guilty of Home Invasion Robbery
DNA evidence led to the conviction Friday of a Sarasota man who terrified a local woman in a late-night home invasion robbery last year, according to the Sarasota police. Herbert Earl Stilley III, 27, was found guilty on charges of sexual battery and robbery stemming from the February 2015 break-in at the Sarasota home of a deaf couple, the police said.
