[Sarasota, FL- July 9, 2012] One of the region’s most highly regarded pet boarding facilities has expanded its services with ACE at Your Place. Clients can now have the quality of care they expect from ACE Pet Resort brought directly to their home for in-house pet sitting. A trained, experienced, bonded and insured team member will visit a home up to three times a day to provide personalized care to pets.
“We have developed this service to meet the demand of our loyal and enthusiastic clientele. We can now provide the same loving care in the pet’s home environment that we provide here at our facility. It also expands our capacity so that no one is ever turned away,“ says Jennifer Hummel, ACE Pet Resort Owner.

Since opening its doors in 2004, ACE Pet Resort has excelled at providing expert and loving care to pets while their human parents are away from home. From the beginning Hummel, highly trained in handling and modifying the behavior of aggressive animals, has provided a welcome service to pet owners who feared leaving their aggressive or anxious pet in a boarding kennel. ACE at Your Place, extends this service allowing the pet to remain at home which in most cases, minimizes stress and anxiety during his loved ones’ absence.
Clients may choose up to three visits per day. There will be a required minimum of 1 visit for cats and 2 visits for dogs for any 24-hour period that the owner will be away. Otherwise the owner can choose from a quick 10-minute potty break or 30, 45, or 60 minute visits up to 3 times per day. After tending to any or all of the tasks below, the pet sitter fills the remaining time during each visit with pet recreation (playing, cuddling, or walking.)

Owners may add the following items to whichever visit they desire (at no additional cost):
- Feeding/medicating the pet
- Cleaning accidents caused by the pet
- Collecting mail
- Watering plants
- Taking the dog(s) outside to potty
- Turning on/off lights
- Opening/closing blinds
After their return to the home, pet owners will receive a report card on the pet’s general activities and behavior while their “parents” were away. The pet sitter will keep a separate log of the pet’s eliminations, meal/appetite, medications, and behavioral nuances for ACE Pet Resort’s own records. This can be referred to for future appointments, emergency circumstances in which veterinary care may be required as well as a quality control check for ACE Pet Resort Management.
