Lakewood Ranch-based ThaVma Premium Hot Yoga – announced their soft opening on June 1, 2018 of its expanded location at 3800 S Tamiami Trail, Suite 17, Sarasota, FL. ThaVma Premium Hot Yoga’s soft opening will consist of FREE yoga classes June 1 — June 10. Conveniently located in Paradise Plaza, just north of Bee Ridge Rd, ThaVma Premium Hot Yoga has just completed a substantial 2,400 sq. ft. renovation. After experiencing incredible growth during the first four years of business, studio owner, Marina Bourantonis said, “Our expansion of a second studio space will be used for yoga classesand private sessions and will be better suited for those living in Sarasota and Venice. When people think of yoga, they often associate the practice with women, but today Bourantonis said, “more menand children are showing up and getting on a mat. Hot yoga offers a full-body workout that can build strength and muscle tone, increase flexibility, improve balance and reduce stress.” ThaVma Premium Hot Yoga is now offering a full schedule with more than 20+ yoga classes each week in the new studio space designed with a bamboo style floor, state-of-the-art heating system, and a selection of props for complimentary use. A variety of yoga classes will be taught for all levels, including the studio’s popular 90-minute Bikram Method, 60-minute Bikram to Beats, Silent Bikram, ThaVma Red, ThaVma Black and Phoenix Method. “The growing popularity of hot yoga world-wide has been remarkable to watch and be a part of.
