What Are The Odds? Sarasota Man Wins Million In Lottery Twice
A 60-year-old Sarasota man has won a million dollars twice by scratching off gold dollar signs on Florida Lottery scratch-off tickets.

SARASOTA, FL -- Talk about beating the odds. A 60-year-old Sarasota man has won a million dollars not once but twice by scratching off little gold dollar signs on Florida Lottery scratch-off tickets.
The Florida Lottery announced Tuesday, May 1, that Lubomir Richvalsky just claimed a $1 million prize in the $10,000,000 World Class Cash Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. He chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $748,000.
This wasn't Richvalsky's first trip to Florida Lottery Headquarters, however.

On Jan. 16, 2014, the Florida Lottery announced that Richvalsky won a $1 million prize in the 100X THE CASH Scratch-Off game. That time Richvalsky also chose to receive his winnings in a one-time, lump-sum. The pay-off was $689,036.55.
Richvalsky purchased the latest winning ticket from Publix at 8409 Tamiami Trail S. in Sarasota.

The 2014 winning ticket was purchased from Sun Glo One Stop, 8445 South Tamiami Trail, Sarasota.
The odds of winning a million dollars in the $10,000,000 World Class Cash Scratch-Off game is 1-in-620,870 while the odds of winning a million dollars in the 100X THE CASH Scratch-Off game are slightly better, 1-in-1,620,000.
And the odds of winning two scratch-off games? Well, you do the math.
