BTI Partners, a real estate development and land investment firm, is the master developer behind the 52-acre Westshore Marina District. Located off Westshore and Gandy Boulevards on Old Tampa Bay across from St. Petersburg, the district overlooks one of the largest yacht basins on Tampa Bay. The area has seen a residential construction boom in recent years, boosting demand for specialty retail stores.

Cru Cellars, Sand Surf Co. and Duckweed Urban Grocery have already opened their doors in Marina Landings. Crave Spa, Salon Color Bar and DRNK coffee + tea and QWENCH juice bar are set to open in the coming months.

The award-winning Westshore Marina District is also home to luxury condos, waterfront walking trails and parks, a marina on a 13-acre deep-water basin, floating docks featuring a 150-slip full-service marina to accommodate vessels from 40 feet in length to 100-plus feet, and more.

Access to the district just got easier with the recent inauguration of the Selmon Extension, connecting South Tampa to the rest of the region.

Situated along 1.5 scenic miles of bay front, Westshore Marina District is being developed in phases. Over the last few years, BTI Partners has attracted developers, such as the Related Group, Bainbridge and WCI Communities, to the master-planned community to build from luxury rental apartments to single-family homes.

BTI Partners is currently building Marina Pointe, a luxury condominium development with three high-rises and a marina in the heart of Westshore Marina District. Marina Pointe’s first tower will consist of 120 condominium residences by mid-2022. The luxurious condos, designed by renowned architect Kobi Karp, are priced from the mid $800,000s to more than $3 million.
