Attempted Murder Suspect Shot Woman Through Front Door Of Home: Hillsborough Sheriff
A man faces multiple felonies, including attempted murder, for shooting a woman through the front door of an Apollo Beach home, HCSO said.
APOLLO BEACH, FL — A man was arrested Sunday morning for shooting a woman through the front door of an Apollo Beach home, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
Luis Enrique Gutierrez Rosaly, 37, was charged with multiple felonies, including attempted murder in the second degree, aggravated battery with great bodily harm or with a deadly weapon firearm, criminal mischief of $1,000 or more, tampering with physical evidence, and shooting at, within, or into a building.
Deputies responded to the home on Lookout Drive around 7:30 a.m.

They learned that Rosaly fired multiple shots into the home, hitting the victim in the thigh, before fleeing, investigators said.
He was pulled over nearby and deputies found the gun in his vehicle.

The victim was treated at a local hospital.
