Blow Dry Bar To Move Into Water Street Tampa Later This Year

The St. Petersburg-based Sip & Dry will open its first Tampa location on East Cumberland Avenue.

TAMPA, FL — Sip & Dry, a blow dry bar and makeup salon with an existing location in St. Petersburg, is slated to open in the mixed-use district of Water Street Tampa later this year.

The new location in Via Corazon, across from the Cora residential development and on the ground floor of the East Cumberland Avenue parking garage in Water Street Tampa, will be Sip & Dry’s first in Tampa and will add a new offering to Water Street Tampa’s retail landscape.

“We’re excited to welcome Sip & Dry, another successful local business, to the neighborhood,” said Lee Schaffler, chief portfolio officer for Water Street developer, Strategic Property Partners, LLC. “Water Street Tampa is creating a 24-hour downtown experience and that vision wouldn’t be complete without service and daily needs retailers like Sip & Dry.”
