Child, 4, Found Dead In Wimauma: Hillsborough County Sheriff
Investigators are looking into the death of a 4-year-old in Wimauma, the Hillsborough County sheriff said.
WIMAUMA, FL — Detectives are investigating the Friday afternoon death of a 4-year-old child in Wimauma, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
Deputies didn’t share any additional information about the child, including their gender.
When investigators responded to the 2500 block of Tee Time Road around 3:30 p.m., they found an unresponsive child, the sheriff’s office said.

The child was later pronounced dead.
Their cause of death is pending further review by the Medical Examiner’s Office.
