Garth Brooks Tickets: How to Get Your Money Back
All three Tampa shows were canceled due to the Lightning's Stanley Cup run.

Garth Brooks’ fans with their hearts set on seeing the performer live in Tampa had those hopes dashed Sunday.
Now, fans are scrambling to find out how to get their money back for the June 5-6 shows that were bumped from the Amalie Arena’s schedule due to the Lightning’s Stanley Cup match against the Chicago Blackhawks.
Brooks’ fans will find obtaining refunds is a fairly simple undertaking – depending on how and where they purchased their tickets. According to arena officials, the procedure for full refunds is as follows:

Ticketmaster Purchases
Fans who purchased their tickets for either the June 5 or June 6 shows will get their money back in the following three ways:
- Those who purchased online will get automatic refunds
- Those who purchased via phone will receive automatic refunds
- Individuals who bought tickets from Ticketmaster outlets will need to return to the point of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are being offered as of Monday, June 1.
McDonald’s Ticket Office

Fans who purchased tickets from the arena’s box office or the Amalie Arena Sales Office can get their money back by:
- Returning to the box office for a full refund
- Contacting sales representatives directly for those who purchased through the sales office
Refunds will be available during normal McDonald’s Ticket Office hours.
Third-Party Purchases
Customers who bought their Brooks’ tickets through third-party retailers will need to contact the point of purchase for refunds. The Box Office and Ticketmaster cannot issue refunds.
