MIAMI, FL — Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady has a new next-door neighbor: ex-wife Gisele Bündchen.
Two weeks after the couple finalized their divorce, Bündchen reportedly purchased a home in the Miami Beach area, according to Page Six. The $11.5 million home is located directly across the creek from where Brady's home is being built.
According to Page Six, Bündchen's new home is a five-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot stunner with a great view of her ex-husband's place.

"You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s — not that they would — but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other," a source told Page Six.
Brady, a seven-time Super Bowl champion quarterback who used to play for the New England Patriots, and Bündchen, a Brazilian fashion model, married in 2009. Their divorce was finalized Oct. 28.

The couple have two children, 12-year-old son Benjamin and 9-year-old daughter Vivian.
