MN Man Made Bomb Threat At Tampa Assisted Living Facility: Sheriff
A former Hillsborough County resident living in Minnesota called in a bomb threat to a Tampa-area assisted living facility, HCSO said.
TAMPA, FL — A Minnesota man was arrested earlier this month for making a bomb threat to an assisted living facility in the Carrollwood area, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
The Colonnade at Carrollwood, located at 13550 S. Village Drive in Tampa, received an April 7 phone call from a person who said there was a bomb in the building before hanging up, the sheriff’s office said.
No explosives or other threats were found when deputies responded to the facility and searched it.

Prior Lake police arrested him on April 8.
Lufriu was charged with false report of a bomb, explosive or weapon of mass destruction and unlawful use of a two-way communications device.
“Threatening lives and causing panic in our community is unacceptable," Sheriff Chad Chronister said. “We will track you down, no matter where you are, and hold you accountable."
