More Than 200 Charges Filed In Child Exploitation Investigation: Hillsborough Sheriff
A 46-year-old Plant City man faces more than 200 charges after being found in a vehicle at a park with a 15-year-old, HCSO said.

THONOTOSASSA, FL — More than 200 charges were filed against a Plant City man in a child exploitation case, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.
When deputies responded to reports of suspicious activity at Oakridge Equestrian Park in Thonotosassa and found the suspect, 46-year-old Justin Beyea, in a vehicle with a 15-year-old victim.
During their investigation, detectives learned that Beyea had been communicating with and meeting the teen for months, exchanging explicit messages and images with them, the sheriff’s office said.

In a forensic search of his phone, more than 900 files of child sexual abuse material involving young victims and some explicit content involving animals, investigators said.
Beyea was arrested on Friday on more than 200 felony charges.

His charges include traveling to meet a minor after using a computer or devices to solicit certain illegal acts, lewd or lascivious molestation forcing or enticing by a defendant over 18 (victim 12 to 15), lewd or lascivious conduct (touch; defendant over 18), two counts of lewd or lascivious battery (encourage), lewd or lascivious exhibition (defendant over 18), transmission of harmful material to a minor, 100 counts of solicitation or possession of child pornography 10 or more images and content of images, and 100 counts of filming, distributing, or possessing an image or video of sexual activity with an animal.
